Special Note: The roof canopy that wraps around the building appears to be small lumber members from ground, but up close, one would realize that they are actually very robust I-beams hung from the face of the building projecting about 20’ into mid-air and clad with faux wood.

During the boom of tourist district’s hotel improvement works, 4GEN was subcontracted to do various projects. Some of the works included extensive plumbing and masonry while the more visible works includes the structural steel framed canopy and the dock by the sea.
