This seven-unit apartment complex was brought to life through vision. The skeletal structure of this building hung off the face of Queen Hill for nearly a decade. It stood there like bare bones before it was acquired by a new owner who had a vision and sought the input of 4GEN to revive its infrastructure and superstructure. Designs were done to connect the existing grid of columns and beams to the adjacent road creating vehicular access and parking. Stone retaining walls were built and levels created by our very skilled tradesmen who scaled the face of the hill in order to create a solid footing for occupants.
